Call for Late-Breaking Sessions: Portal Now Open

Late-breaking submissions are topical, timely, and relevant to current events.

Examples of late-breaking topical areas include:

  • Cultural heritage protection
  • Global health
  • Race and social justice
  • Migration and displacement
  • Global environmental change
  • Human rights

Fancy a visit to the  Tech Museum? The Tech Museum is a fantastic museum and tourist attraction worth visiting while you reside in San Jose. AAA attendees also receive discounts for admission tickets. Simply say/plug in AAA when purchasing your ticket(s). This discount will activate on Nov. 6, 2018.

Where will you choose to stay?

The deadline for making room reservations at the special AAA rate is Monday, October 22. 

Demand in San Jose is high during the dates of the Annual Meeting, and rooms might sell out before the deadline. The rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. To ensure availability at the group rate, please make your reservations early.
