VIP KIDS is excited to be offering a childminding room at your upcoming Vancouver Conference! The VIP KIDS room will be filled with lots of fun! Activities will include arts & crafts, cookie decorating, tv/wii video game system and lots of toys to keep your children busy while you attend the conference. VIP KIDS strives for quality care and implement ratio/space requirements for care services. All of VIP KIDS caregivers are trained professionals who work with children on a daily basis.
Rates
To ensure that your child is able to attend CAMP AAA, please pre-register by Friday, November 8, 2019, midnight PST. You may register for childcare using the VIP KIDS password-protected registration form (Password: AAAfamilytime2019).
Your child(ren) is/are not registered until payment is received. We will assume your child will attend during the hours registered. Onsite registrations will only be possible based on space available.
After your online registration, VIP KIDS will forward you a confirmation email, request dates/hours needed and create your invoice. Direct payment to VIP KIDS will be required to secure your booking.
If your schedule changes, we need as much notice as possible. We will accommodate you as best we can, based on availability. “No shows” receive no refund. This policy is to ensure proper staffing, which is in the best interest of your child(ren).
