Support an Accessible Meeting

4 disability symbols in white on blue blocks: the wheelchair logo, a human profile with a brain silhouette, an ASL interpreter sign, and a stick figure with a white caneSo that all attendees may participate at the AAA Annual Meeting without facing barriers, AAA requests all presenters to dedicate time to learning and implementing accessible practices, both as attendees and as presenters.

The chairs and/or organizers of accepted sessions are highly encouraged to attend one Accessible Meeting and Presentations Practices Webinar and to hold fellow panelists accountable to maintaining accessible meeting spaces during their sessions.

Please also feel welcome to use the abstract submission portal to identify your own individual access needs and accommodation requests related specifically to your role as a presenter.
