Associate Membership

This category of membership is open to those who are interested in the field of anthropology and do not have a desire to have voting privileges in the association.

Eligibility

Available to an individual who is not employed as an anthropologist in an academic institution of higher education and/or not employed (or self employed) as a practicing anthropologist in any of anthropology's recognized sub-fields.

This category is not open to anyone with full-time appointments in departments of anthropology.
