Welcome to the AAA Press Room

The AAA invites all inquiries from members of the media interested in the exciting news and research emerging from the anthropology community. Anthropologists are experts in everything from race relations and police brutality to the spread of Ebola in West Africa to the reasons why we watch the things we watch on Netflix. Anthropologists are active in all areas of our society, studying topics like education, politics, healthcare and more.

Contact us for assistance in tracking down an anthropologist who is an expert on a particular topic, or use our Find an Anthropologist search form to find anthropologists studying a particular subject, geographic area or subfield. Email gdunkley@americananthro.org to subscribe to AAA's news updates.
