Comparative Data Project Survey

In the spring of 2013, the American Anthropological Association conducted an anonymous, online survey to gather data on college and university programs in anthropology. The survey was first distributed in March 2013 to a list of 477 unique institutions culled from the AAA database. These institutions, primarily located in North America, offered a program in anthropology or a program with an anthropological component. In the case of hybrid anthropology programs, respondents were directed to report on either the entire department or the anthropology component as appropriate.

Did your department participate in the survey? For more information on how to access the full dataset in the Comparative Data Repository, please contact Daniel Ginsberg, AAA Professional Fellow.

All other interested parties can purchase the full Comparative Data Project dataset.
