9 member committee including Chair. Committee members and Chair are appointed by AAA President (and maybe appointed for a second term, or extend current term), and includes members knowledgeable in five key functional areas in publishing, two key stakeholder groups and one general seat for publishing content and publishing partners. President and President-Elect/Vice President sit as Ex-officio along with the AA Editor as long is American Anthropologist is the flagship AAA Journal.
2-year term for the Chair and the Committee members except for the following members: Section Liaison, Membership Liaison, Content and Partners Liaison and Finance Liaison, who serve 3-year terms.
