Three months ago, we came together to support our colleagues amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, and thanks to your generosity, we were able to make an immediate and important difference in the professional lives of 135 of our more vulnerable members at a time of urgent need.
As the summer wears on, economic hardships and news of discontinued adjunct appointments persist. We have heard from a number of members seeking opportunities to continue to help their colleagues as they are able, and as AAA staff we are inspired by their generosity.” That is why we are once more opening an application process, through which we hope to support more members in need with one-time grants of $500, as well as registration fee waivers for the fall event series, Raising Our Voices.

The application deadline is September 15, 2020. Grants will be awarded to eligible applicants on a lottery basis until the resource pool is exhausted.

Our goal for this second round is to raise $10,000.
