Annual Fund

Donations to the Annual Fund are the quickest way to put your contribution to work for the Association. Your gift may be designated to a specific fund or divided between programs that are most near and dear to your heart.

  • A gift to the AAA Unrestricted Fund allows greater flexibility to meet future challenges and emerging new opportunities.
  • A gift to the General AAA Endowment Fund enables AAA to continue advancing the discipline of anthropology by broadening its programs and services for years to come.
  • A gift to the AAA Internship Program helps us reach our $200,000 goal to secure the future of this vital program that provides a paid professional experience to accelerate the careers of talented anthropology students.
  • A gift to the Public Education Outreach Fund helps AAA with public programming and events around RACE: Are We So Different? and our new project, World on the Move: 100,000 Years of Human Migration, aiming to change the public conversation about an important, yet difficult topic – migration and displacement.
  • A gift to the Palestine Israel Fellowship Fund for Travel supports the travel of Palestinian and Israeli scholars and students to AAA conferences. It also supports visiting scholars in anthropology to serve as teachers, mentors, and/or research collaborators with colleagues at universities and research centers in Israel and Palestine.
